Program
This edition will bring together innovators, startups, public decision-makers, investors, researchers, and institutional partners for high-level panels and interactive sessions.
Beyond the awards themselves, the Africa Innovation Awards provide a platform for strategic networking, promoting partnerships, investments, and regional cooperation. The official ceremony will recognize high-impact initiatives selected for their innovation, maturity, and potential for large-scale deployment.
Entry into Senegal
Senegal does not require a visa for most nationalities for short stays. However, we recommend that you check the specific provisions applicable to your country with the Senegalese consular authorities.
Documents generally required:
- Valid passport covering the duration of the stay
- Return or onward ticket
- Proof of accommodation
- Proof of sufficient financial resources
Depending on your personal situation, additional documents may be requested.
Invitation Letter
An official invitation letter can be provided upon request to registered participants, partners, and sponsors to facilitate certain administrative or professional procedures, if necessary.
Transportation & Reception
A reception service will be set up to guide and assist participants upon their arrival at Blaise Diagne International Airport (AIBD). Detailed information regarding transportation options to partner hotels will be provided to confirmed participants.
